DAMAGED, FAULTY OR LESS THAN SATISFACTORY: 

For returns, BC Fishing NZ Ltd will need to be notified within 30 days of the date of purchase for any claim to be considered. 

Claims outside this time frame will not be accepted.

Should your purchase reach you in a less than satisfactory state, is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we will take steps to resolve your issue as appropriate. Resolutions include but are not limited to replacement, repair or refund at BC Fishing NZ Ltd discretion. 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS:

For returns, BC Fishing NZ Ltd will need to be notified within 30 days of the date of purchase for the claim to be considered.

For orders already shipped, a return will only be agreed upon by BC Fishing NZ Ltd if the product is in original, unused condition and with unopened packaging so that it can be resold. We cannot accept goods in any state otherwise. The purchaser will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to BC Fishing NZ Ltd. On receipt of the returned goods they will be inspected as to whether they are in a suitable condition.

If the returned goods are deemed by BC Fishing NZ Ltd as per the above terms as unacceptable for a refund, we can either dispose of the goods or can ship back to the purchaser at their expense.

The original Shipping and Handling costs included in the purchase price are non-refundable and BC Fishing NZ Ltd reserves the right to withhold a 10% restocking fee.

For orders that are able to be stopped before dispatch, they would have already incurred Shipping and Handling costs for BC Fishing NZ Ltd. These are non-refundable and BC Fishing NZ Ltd reserves the right to withhold a 10% restocking free.

REFUNDS: 

If a refund of the original purchase is agreed upon at the discretion of BC Fishing NZ Ltd, this will be processed through the purchase gateway being either our website or bank transfer BC Fishing NZ Ltd reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost, handling and/or restocking fee of 10% from any refund.

RETURN SHIPPING: 

To return your product, you should mail/courier your product to: BC Fishing NZ Ltd, 10B Raurimu Ave, Onerahi, Whangarei, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

SHIPPING: 

– $7.50 shipping New Zealand Metro on all orders under $149.

– $13.50 Shipping New Zealand Rural on all orders under $149.

– FREE Shipping New Zealand Wide on all orders over $149.

These shipping teams are only available by using our online store only not any of our other sale platforms.

Shipping on standard items is 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days for oversized items. Please allow an extra 2 business days for rural addresses.

TIPS FOR FAST, HASSLE-FREE DELIVERY:

– Provide a work, business or commercial address for faster delivery.
– A business or building name is needed if not a residential address.
– Provide your phone number so we or the courier can contact you easily.
– Provide authority for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe spot to prevent card-to-calls. (Instructions can be provided in the notes field.)
– Our courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

All products are in stock in our Whangarei, New Zealand warehouse and dispatched daily.

This excludes ‘products that are showing as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Sold out.’ If you are after a product that is showing as ‘Sold out’ please feel free to contact us for an ETA on when this product will be available again
